About Me:
I discovered silk painting after being involved in many other forms of fiber art. I believe that the way you have to literally "go with the flow" in this medium provides a spiritual lesson for me every time I pick up a brush.

One of my teachers, Donna Kassab, says "There are no mistakes in silk painting, only design changes." She is so right!

dear ... thanks for liking my work....frame.... i make it my self its very simple and easy and u can streach silk more then any frame .. i use silk from chaina .. many types of silk ... 45 inch normal and lenth what u need ... i use all kind of fabric for silk painting ... i also see ur work ur work is awesome...

Just be free and keep experimenting. I've worked on lots of pieces in my short time silk painting that I thought I was really botching up. Once they're done and steamed - you just never know. - S.

hi sha..i wish it were my frog...its the picture the website loaded for me. I need to click my work and load it on. Its great how this website helps us meet people with similar interests...im still a beginner and am learning how to control paint bleeding, etc. luckily working with fabric is great because Im horrible at art.
